Blue Meridian

If you care to try a new summertime cocktail, I was introduced to a Blue Meridian at the NCMA Art in Bloom fundraiser tonight.

1 part blue curaçao,

1 part Malibu rum,

2 parts pineapple juice,

Garnished with a couple of pieces of pineapple, an orchid blossom and a Luxardo cherry.
