Chuck’s Vegan Burger

1 c. quinoa (uncooked)

1 can black beans

1 c. nuts (cashews and walnuts)

1/2 c. pumpkin seeds

1/2 c. sunflower seeds

1/4 c. chia seeds

2 egg replacements

1/8 c. olive oil

Made 11 healthy patties. Bake at 300ºF for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.

262 calories, 15g Total Fat, 22 g, Carbs, 10.6 g Protein each
