Christopher introduced me to Taste Spotting and one of the links led me to an extended version WITH the recipe for

Taco seasoning:

1 tablespoon chili powder (3/4 c.)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (6 Tbsp.)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (3 Tbsp.)
2 teaspoons ground cumin (8 Tbsp.)
1/2 teaspoons dried oregano (6 Tbsp.)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (3 Tbsp.)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (3 Tbsp.)
1 teaspoon salt (1 Tbsp.)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper (1 Tbsp.)

I like the idea of making my own seasoning better than buying packets of preservatives.
