Averie’s Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Chuck makes Alexandra Jamieson’s Vegan Chocolate Mousse with avocados and agave in a food processor. 

Combine in Food Processor:
2 not-quite-ripe avocados
1/2 c agave
1/4 c cocoa powder
Optional:
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Dash Vanilla Extract
Blend well and chill for an hour or 2 before serving.
