Red Rice and Sausage

2 c. tomato juice
1 c. uncooked white rice
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped

Combine ingredients in a covered casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
